Summary of Club terms and conditions.

Overview

The following terms and conditions are a guide for Amante9 club members. Amante9 provides its members with access to as many club vehicles as possible and as often as possible absorbing many of the restrictions, limitations and costs experienced by Super Car ownership.

General terms

Members – Individuals and nominated partner.

Corporate member – Directors, partners, nominated partners and nominated employees9 (minimum 2 per company)

Application form – members must complete and submit a membership application form and meet with the requirements asked for by that membership agreement.

Membership joining fee - a single initial payment. Annual membership fee- the amount paid for: full, half or corporate membership options.

Club Cars – All vehicles within the direct ownership of Amante9 ltd.

Booking Club cars

Club cars can be booked for up to 3 full consecutive days. Bookings can be made up to six months in advance or last minute but we would ask members for at least five working days notification in most cases

Members are permitted two bookings in any one calendar month.

The same vehicle cannot be booked twice in any three-month period.

Cancellations – Please notify us with as much time as is reasonable. Five working days would be acceptable.

In order to get the most from your membership the application of good prudence and common sense will enable us to deliver the highest levels of customer service and care.

Club car usage

Members may use Club cars for the purposes of their business and for social, domestic and pleasure purposes.

Amante9 provides full comprehensive insurance cover for all members and their nominated partners. A copy of the policy document can be provided to members upon request.

In the unfortunate event of a Club car being damaged and the cost of that repair being less than the insurance excess, members will be charged the cost of repair. If the cost of repair is more than the insurance excess, members will be charged the excess in both cases a service charge of 15% will be added. Excess payments vary depending on the vehicle in question.

The decision as to whether a claim is fault or non-fault will be decided by the insurer and their decision will be final.

European Usage - Club cars may be used in EC countries. Four weeks notification is required when booking for these trips.

Car security – Members are expected to ensure Club cars are kept overnight in safe and secure areas.

Excess mileage tariff – we are happy for members or nominated partners to travel up to 150 miles per day or an aggregate thereof over consecutive days. Once exceeded a charge of  £1.00 per mile for A3 cars, £2.00 per mile for A2 cars and £3.00 per mile for A1 cars will be added to your account.

Collection and delivery – Club cars can be collected from and delivered back to Amante9 HQ at the specified times. It is strictly prohibited for members to ‘drop off’ Club cars without directly handing the keys back to an Amante9 representative.

We also provide a collection and delivery service for members to any location in the UK at a cost of £2.00 per mile (minimum charge of £50) Cars must be handed to the Principal member on delivery.

Maintenance and vehicle care – The required maintenance and servicing of Club cars is included within your club membership. It is however the members’ responsibility to ensure all fluids are checked and adjusted where needed (details of what and where these fluids are to be placed will be covered before the car is collected).

Insurance Excess- Excesses range from £2,500 to £5,000 depending on vehicle.

Car detailing is charged at £30.

 

Ownership

At all times the ownership of Amante9 cars remains with Amante9 ltd. Members must not purport to own or sell or fraudulently use Amante9 ltd property to obtain funds.

Accident and damage – in the event of a Club car being involved in an accident, damaged or rendered un-roadworthy or affected by mechanical defect in any way whatsoever, the member or nominated partner should contact Amante9 ltd immediately. Under no circumstances, without prior approval from Amante9 ltd should repairs be carried out.

Roadside Assistance – All Club cars are covered by full roadside assistance, rescue and recovery.

Fuel – Members will be expected to use only 98 RON fuel in Club cars. Members will only be charged for the fuel used.

Miscellaneous charges. Members will provide details of a Credit, Charge or Debit Card, or an acceptable alternative and authorise Amante9 Ltd to deduct any monies that become due because of the charges relating to but not necessarily restricted to the insurance excess, minor repairs, loss, road tolls, congestion charges, replacement fuel, delivery and collection charges, parking fines, wheel clamping, vehicle removal. These charges will be invoiced and deducted on a monthly basis.

 Amante9 politely asks you to adhere to the following requirements. You will-

Keep us informed of any changes in your address, nominated partner, driving licence endorsements and or personal insurance status.

You will not –

Lend the vehicle or allow it to be driven by anyone who is not yourself or your nominated partner.

Use the vehicle illegally or for any unlawful purpose or in any competition, track day, timed event or any form of motor sport.

Use the vehicle for acts of remuneration.

Overload the vehicle or use the vehicle on any unmade roads, farm land, building sites, woodland, moorland, mountain tracks or any other rough ground.

Smoke or carry pets or live stock in the vehicles.

Tow or move other vehicles or objects

Members Personal Vehicles - Personal vehicles and effects left with Amante9 are left entirely at the owners risk. Changes to Terms & Conditions - Members will be provided with at least 30 days advance notice in writing of any changes to Terms.
